Homemade baby wipes or all purpose hand wipes
1 part baby shampoo, or tear free baby wash
3 parts baby oil
1/4 part rubbing alcohol or witch hazel (for antibacterial effect)
adjust ratios as needed
sturdy paper towels that dont tear easily when wet
plastic container to hold saturated paper towels (optional)
or keep solution in a squeeze bottle and wet the towels when needed
